Using inboxsink — the website, the API or the mobile app — means accepting what follows. The service is published by KIPDEV SAS, 4 rue des Frênes, 33700 Mérignac, France (SIREN 884 120 890, VAT FR17884120890). Full details in the legal notice.
What the service is
inboxsink creates temporary e-mail addresses meant for one-off sign-ups, tests and verification codes. The free tier is offered as-is, with no guaranteed availability and no guaranteed retention.
Receive-only
A disposable address cannot send. The domains carrying these addresses publish
SPF -all and DMARC p=reject, and we operate no outbound mail server for
them. There is no way to reply to a message, by design.
Not a mailbox
A free inbox has no password: whoever knows the address can read it. Everything it receives is deleted when it expires. Do not use it for anything you need to keep or keep private — bank, health, identity, or any account you care about. We accept no liability for a message lost on expiry or read by someone who knew the address.
What you must not do
- Use the service to commit fraud, impersonate someone, harass, or evade a ban.
- Receive or store illegal content.
- Circumvent a service's own terms where those terms forbid disposable addresses.
- Overload the service: automate against the public endpoints beyond the published rate limits, or resell the free tier. The API plans exist for automated use.
We may delete an inbox, block an address or disable a domain at any time, without notice, to protect the service or comply with the law.
Paid plans
The Developer plan is a subscription billed through Stripe, either monthly (29 € per month) or yearly (290 € per year). The amount charged is the one shown in the payment form before you confirm; a promo code, when accepted, is applied there. The plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Cancellation takes one click from your dashboard (« Invoices, card, cancel »): the plan then runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: keys fall back to the free quota, and a custom domain pauses until you subscribe again.
The Developer plan is intended for professional use. If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. Starting to use the plan during that period is a request for immediate performance; a withdrawal then entitles you to a refund of the unused part of the period. Write to contact@inboxsink.com.
Quotas are stated on the pricing page. The mobile app offers its own in-app subscription, billed by Apple under Apple's terms.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the three months preceding the claim — that is zero for free use.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Bordeaux, France, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
